Who owes you money, right now
The question every owner asks and almost no dashboard answers without being asked twice.

The short answer
Aged receivables buckets what you are owed by how overdue it is: current, 1 to 30 days, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, and 90 plus. The total matters less than the shape. A growing 60-plus bucket is a collections problem; a growing current bucket is just growth.
Why the total is the wrong number
“You are owed $84,000” tells you almost nothing. If nearly all of it was invoiced last week, that is a healthy business. If a third of it is more than ninety days old, some of it is not coming back and you should be doing something about it today.
The shape is the signal. Which is why the number belongs on a board as five buckets, not one figure.
The view worth building
Current $52,400 62% 1–30 days $18,100 22% 31–60 days $7,900 9% 61–90 days $3,200 4% 90+ days $2,400 3%
Now add a target. Most small businesses want 85% or more sitting in current and 1 to 30. When that share drops, something has changed in how you invoice or how you follow up, and you want to know in the week it happens rather than at quarter end.
The number behind the number
Debtor days tells you how long, on average, you wait to be paid.
Debtor days = (accounts receivable ÷ revenue for the period) × days in the period
If you invoice on 14-day terms and your debtor days sit at 38, your terms are decorative. That is a process conversation, not a chasing conversation.
Where the data comes from
Your accounting system already holds this. Buddzee reads it through the Awesomate data platform, so the ageing profile sits on the same board as your bookings and your leads rather than in a separate tab you open when you remember. Every figure keeps its link back to the invoice it came from.
See it on your own numbers.
