The plan card
It tells you what it is about to do, and what it will cost.
Say “build a whole dashboard for our products” and the analyst analyses your data in the background, then posts a numbered plan: the tiles, the trends, the breakdowns, which existing KPIs it will reuse. Nothing is built until you say go.

Answers

Boundaries
What it will not do.
An analyst you cannot trust is worse than no analyst. The limits are deliberate.
It never writes to your systems.
It reads VitalStats, Xero and Ontraport. It can create boards, KPIs and widgets inside Buddzee, and nothing else anywhere else.
It obeys the same permissions you do.
The analyst sees exactly what your role and data scope allow. Chat is not a side door around access control.
A runaway job stops itself.
Jobs have a cost ceiling. Hit it and the job pauses and asks you, rather than quietly spending.

About the analyst.
Can it change or delete my data?
No. It reads your sources. Inside Buddzee it can build boards, KPIs and widgets, and only after you approve the plan.
What happens if it gets a number wrong?
It is checked before you see it. The server re-runs each built widget against the source and reconciles the value; a mismatch halts the job instead of shipping a wrong tile.
Does it see everything in my business?
It sees what you see. The same role, sharing and data-scope rules that govern the screen govern the analyst.
Which model is it?
You choose from a curated list in settings, and you bring your own key. The default is tuned for accuracy on data questions rather than speed.
