Terms of service

The service

Buddzee provides dashboards, KPI tracking and an AI analyst over data sources you connect. We provide it as-is and work hard to keep it accurate, but you remain responsible for the decisions you make from it.

Your account

• One subscription covers one business, with as many users as you need.
• You are responsible for who you invite and what you let them see.
• You must have the right to connect the data sources you connect.

Payment

[PRICE] per month per business, billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are in [CURRENCY] and include [GST TREATMENT]. We will give [N] days notice before any price change.

Cancelling

Any time, from Settings. Monthly subscriptions run to the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions are refunded pro rata for whole unused months.

Accuracy

Numbers are computed from the sources you connect. We verify what the analyst builds against those sources, but we cannot warrant data we did not create. Check anything material before you act on it.

Liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the [N] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service. [CLAUSE — SOLICITOR TO CONFIRM WORDING]

None of this excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are permitted to limit liability for a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
