Privacy

What we hold

Two different things, and it matters which is which. Your account data — names, emails, roles — is stored by us. Your business data — bookings, invoices, contacts — stays in the systems you connected. Buddzee queries those systems when you look at a board; it does not keep a copy.

Where it lives

In Australia. Our database and application servers are in Sydney. Your source credentials are stored server-side, encrypted, and are never sent to a browser.

Who can see it

• The people you invite, limited by their role and data scope.
• Our staff, only when you ask us for support and only for as long as it takes.
• Nobody else. We do not sell data and we do not use your business data to train models.

AI processing

When you use the analyst, the question and the relevant business context are sent to the model provider configured on your account, using your own API key. What is sent is the context needed to answer — KPI names, values and schema — not a bulk export of your records. Providers under our default configuration do not train on API traffic.

Your choices

You can export or delete your account data at any time. Disconnecting a source removes our access to it immediately. Requests to [email protected], answered within [N] days.
