Is there a per-user charge?
No. One price per business covers everyone in it.
Does the AI cost extra?
Normal use is included. A whole-board build shows its estimated cost in the plan before you approve it; a runaway job pauses at a ceiling and asks you.
How does the trial work?
[N] days, no card, full product. Connect a source, build a board, invite your team. If you don’t subscribe, your account pauses; nothing is deleted for [N] days.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. Monthly plans end at the period; annual plans are refunded pro rata for unused months.
Where is my data stored and who can see it?
Sydney, Australia. Only the people you invite, scoped by role and data group. Source keys are stored server-side and never sent to a browser.
